The Domov Day center provides services to senior citizens living in their own home who are more or less self-sufficient, or those living with and receiving care from their families who may not have the capacity to provide sufficient care throughout the day. They can attend the Center and spend a part of the day in the company of their peers. Clients of the Day center can participate in various group activities, events and trips that help improve or maintaine their physical and psychological condition.

The day center can be found right next to the gallery, the chapel and the Domov´s charity shop - places that are open to the public. Everyone can come to visit the exhibitions, concerts, or do some shopping and thus contribute to the care of seniors at the Domov. For lunch, clients of the day center go to the Michelský dvůr restaurant in the area of Domov Sue Ryder.
