Domov Sue Ryder, has been providing complete nursing ans social care to seniors since 1998, is located in Michelský dvůr - a listed property. It is one of the most important buildings in Prague’s suburbs which has kept its original character as a large group of buildings constructed around a courtyard.  Its exact age is not known, but some parts of the building evidently date from the 15^th century.

Between 1994 and 1998 Michelský dvůr has been completely renovated.

Today there is a cultural centre with a gallery, a theater hall, a chapel, a branch of the Municipal library, a restaurant and a shop on Domov's premises.
