I joined the restaurant team as chef in August 2008. Before that I was the chef of a restaurant in Prague's Vinohrady called Chudoba. 
I enjoy good food, good beer, good wine... and stinking cheese! I also do not recognize something as proper cooking when real cream is not involved.
